What is available now?

In the current version, you will be able to:

1. Add all the software that are prohibited in your network
2. You can configure to notify through email whenever a prohibited software is detected in the network.
3. Configure automatic uninstallation of prohibited software upon detection.

What are the proposed enhancements?

Adding Exclusions

1. You can create different custom group of users/computers who are allowed to have some specific prohibited software.
2. You can then add these groups as exclusions for that software.
3. The users/computers in the group will continue to have this software even if you have enabled "Automatic Uninstallation"

Automatic Uninstallation Policy

1. You will be able to alert the user about the uninstallation for specified number of days. In such cases, users will be able to submit a request for authorization to use the software.
2. When approved, the software will not be usninstalled and the users will continue to have the software in their computer.
